I led the migration of a WordPress CMS site to a production-grade Next.js 15 + Payload CMS platform as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, building a robust, SEO-friendly architecture using Cloudflare R2 for media storage and delivery. I integrated GTM/GA4/GSC analytics, implemented automated email workflows, enabled Docker deployment and multi-subdomain support for the headless e-commerce platform—achieving production scalability and lightning-fast performance.

I developed end-to-end features including property listing APIs, real-time search & filtering, geolocation-based discovery, and site visit booking workflows using NestJS, Node.js, Prisma ORM, and TypeScript—ensuring production-ready scalability, performance optimization, and cross-platform UX. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver CI/CD pipelines with Docker deployment and implemented secure authentication (JWT/OAuth) supporting low-brokerage, transparent transactions.
